FQGlobal was founded by Dr Neil Whitehouse,  MA-Functional Therapy,  PhD-Interdisciplinary Studies - (Functional IntelligenceTM).

Functional IntelligenceTM is based on the theories within Sociology, in that it quantifies the effect the environment has on any individual, allowing the individual to discover the knowledge by understanding the criteria necessary in order to live a fulfilled life-style. Describing the purpose of Functional IntelligenceTM simply stated is:  "Mapping an Individual's Uniqueness within a defined environment".

Is to enable you to discover your uniqueness and true inner potential, through a scientific measurement system that has been standardized for validity and reliability in accordance with the World Standard of Measurements.

However, as each of the constructs have been standardized while meeting the necessary requirements in terms of the ecometrical standard of reliability and validity, our research continues in the development of additional constructs and assessments in order to stay ahead as leaders of functional intelligence in the world today.
