Just a note of thanks for your valued assistance in our recent intervention process. No-one wants to waste time with pointless exercises and when we started with this very necessary strategy session, it was treated with the normal sceptism. However, the introduction of your powerful diagnostic tool in the process brought in a dimension that cut through the ever present hidden agendas and personal issues that undermine successful strategy and team building. Dear Dr Neil, ..WOW!!!.. The assessment was quite gruelling from a concentration point of view and I have to admit that as I was doing it in the office I found the slightest distraction really put me off track! ...BUT, the results are most interesting and ridiculously accurate. ... I am an ex-Physical Education teacher so it was a revelation how I scored in this area. I love the arts but have never followed this as my father did not value it as a career and my old school placed an enormous amount of value on ‘sport’. I also found ‘being out of touch with reality’ most valuable. I absolutely think that this is the tool that is needed in schools world wide. What a difference it would make to a new generation who start the ‘real’ world knowing where they best fit in?? I have spoken about you to a number of peers and they are all keen to know more.
