The pioneers in this field are Prof. A Faul, Dr. Beatrix Horne, Prof J. Hudson and many others, who were researching the social behaviour of man. We acknowledge and sincerely thank them for their years of research which we have continued to develop and have now refined into a new order known as Functional IntelligenceTM |

Personal Profiles
is a scientific tool which extracts the exact identification and quantification of core criteria or elements that effect the holistic human's functionality within a specific environment. These core elements are known as constructs.
Personal Values is the holistic importance of your personal constructs which are made up of your likes and dislikes linked to your personal beliefs in what is right or wrong, good or bad. These combination constructs are calculated into a hierarchy of importance and are expressed in a order of preferences from the things that are important to you to the things that you have no interest in or alternatively things you dislike. Truth Genuine, actual fact, reality. (Websters International Dictionary)
We need to have a full understanding of truth in the full sense of the word. Many thousands of people, through the tradition of being confused between the truth and false perceptions, are lead into a dysfunctional (negative functioning) mode known as fear, guilt and worthlessness.
It is critically important for each individual to understand truth; as many people use a false inner picture and declare it as their truths. If it were true we would have huge problems. The reality is that it is only a false perception exhibiting itself as truth.
The real challenge is for people to differentiate between these traditional false perceptions and truth.
