Mentors or Coaches

Mentors or Coaches have become very popular in the modern world of today and are alternative's to the conventional needs for assistance in human functioning and communication. Mentors assist people by guiding them into optimal functioning through the skill of communication. We do not offer services in mentorship or coaching; however, through our training college known as FQGLOBAL Training College we offer different levels of education up to Masters Degree in Sociology.

Just a note of thanks for your valued assistance in our recent intervention process. No-one wants to waste time with pointless exercises and when we started with this very necessary strategy session, it was treated with the normal sceptism. However, the introduction of your powerful diagnostic tool in the process brought in a dimension that cut through the ever present hidden agendas and personal issues that undermine successful strategy and team building. Functional Intelligence assisted us to identify the issues, many of which we intuitively knew but could not quantify, it gave us the knowledge on how to deal with these issues and allowed us to align function, person and performance to the benefit of the business. Dear Dr Neil, ..WOW!!!.. The assessment was quite gruelling from a concentration point of view and I have to admit that as I was doing it in the office I found the slightest distraction really put me off track! ...BUT, the results are most interesting and ridiculously accurate. ... I am an ex-Physical Education teacher so it was a revelation how I scored in this area. I love the arts but have never followed this as my father did not value it as a career and my old school placed an enormous amount of value on ‘sport’. I also found ‘being out of touch with reality’ most valuable. I absolutely think that this is the tool that is needed in schools world wide. What a difference it would make to a new generation who start the ‘real’ world knowing where they best fit in?? I have spoken about you to a number of peers and they are all keen to know more.
